Cancellation Policy

Black Onyx Training Hub Booking & Training Policy Cancellation / Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled training session. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. Late-canceled sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for a makeup session. Payment: The initial agreed payment must be received before the first training session begins. Session Length: Training sessions may run approximately 30–90 minutes depending on the scheduled service, program, and training needs. Makeup Sessions / Rollover: Unless an approved exception applies, makeup sessions should be completed within the current one-month training period. If a client will be away for 14 or more days during a month, unused sessions may roll over with a one-month grace period. Training Pauses / Freezes: When unforeseen circumstances require a training pause or freeze, the existing agreement may be temporarily suspended at 50% for up to three months. When regular payments resume, the client continues at the price established in the existing agreement. Black Onyx Training Hub will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice if the company or trainer must cancel or reschedule a session.
