Cancellation Policy
Notice of Training Session Cancellation: The client is required to provide a minimum of twelve (12) hours' notice for the cancellation of any scheduled Training Session. Failure to meet this notice requirement will result in the client being charged the full rate for the canceled or missed Training Session. The Company and its Trainer(s) will make every effort to notify the client at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance if a scheduled Training Session needs to be canceled. However, circumstances may arise where such notice is not feasible, and such instances shall not be considered a breach of this Contract by the Company. Makeup Training Sessions: All makeup training sessions must be completed before the conclusion of the one (1) month training period. In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to a pause or freeze in training, the Contract will be temporarily suspended at a rate of 50%, with a maximum freeze period of up to three (3) months. Upon the resumption of payments, the client will continue at the price outlined in their existing agreement.
